Customer Success Lead

 Expremio is a company co-founded by Bit Soft, who is a market leader for over 20 years in the hospitality market in Romania, providing IT solutions for over 400 hotels and restaurants.  Expremio develops CRM, e-commerce and loyalty capabilities for the same industry having clients like City Grill, Pizza Hut Romania and Cyprus, Marriott or Radisson Blu.

Responsibilities:

  • Constant communication with the client’s marketing and operational team

  • Documenting and expanding client’s requirements for development and budgeting purposes

  • Coordinating with the team in order to develop end-to-end, small to medium size projects

  • Testing full developed functionalities for verifying fulfillment of initial requirements

  • Investigating and documenting any bugs or dysfunctional behavior in Expremio’s released software solutions

  • Configurating loyalty program formats based on client’s requirements

  • Documenting functionalities for CRM users in an English knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Advanced English knowledge

  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with content management system (Wordpress) is an advantage

  • Experience in a digital agency on a similar job is an advantage

  • Minimum IT knowledge

  • Ease of use and quick adaptability with mobile apps

  • Team player and easy going.
